Sterling Vaultmere Terms of Use

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the Sterling Vaultmere platform. They explain the respective rights and responsibilities of you, the user, and the applicable platform operator. Read them carefully before creating an account, entering the platform or completing any transaction. Accepting them creates a binding legal agreement with the relevant counterparty.

When you register, sign in, use a platform function or otherwise interact with Sterling Vaultmere, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use. The service is limited to people aged 18 or above. Anyone under 18, or anyone who lacks the required legal capacity, must not access or use it. Where age or eligibility cannot be verified, we may limit access or suspend or terminate the account.

Access to the platform may be affected by technical faults, planned maintenance, software releases or broader service disruption. Delays and unavailability can also arise from sharp market changes, unusually high demand or events outside our reasonable control. Although we aim for reliable service, uninterrupted availability cannot be promised. Sterling Vaultmere may add, amend or remove features, algorithms, market information, pricing information or available markets without creating an entitlement to compensation.

Content made available through the platform—including wording, images, layouts, software, algorithms, trade marks, logos and AI-produced analysis—is protected by copyright, trade mark rights and other intellectual property rights owned by Sterling Vaultmere or its licensors. Without prior written consent, you must not reproduce, share, publish or exploit that content commercially. Breaches may lead to civil proceedings or criminal enforcement.

All information you submit, including identity, contact and payment details, must be accurate, complete and regularly updated. Incorrect, missing or outdated information may lead to limited access, restrictions on withdrawals or legal proceedings. We handle personal data under our privacy policy and applicable UK data protection requirements, including the UK GDPR, using appropriate safeguards and transparent processing arrangements.

You remain fully responsible for every investment or trading choice made through Sterling Vaultmere, whether you place it yourself or it is generated through AI automation, together with any consequences. Sterling Vaultmere supplies software and trading tools only and does not provide tailored financial advice, investment recommendations or profit assurances. Shares, cryptoassets and other markets may change rapidly, and you could lose all the money invested. Previous performance should not be treated as a reliable guide to future outcomes. Risk only funds you can afford to lose.

We may revise or supplement these Terms when necessary, including because of regulatory changes, technological developments or shifts in market conditions. Where reasonably practicable, we will normally give at least 14 days’ advance notice through email, an in-platform message or a website announcement. If you continue using the service after the new terms take effect, you will be treated as having accepted them. For a substantial amendment, you may choose to close your account.

Our service is built around understandable information and user safeguards. These protections include current encryption, routine reviews, segregated client money and thorough KYC/AML checks. Platform use and transactions are logged in a transparent, auditable manner. We aim to treat users fairly and responsibly while maintaining controls intended to help protect account security.
